Default Chickpea Nibbles

Chickpea Nibbles

4 cups cooked and drained chick peas*
2 tablespoons garlic infused olive oil
1 teaspoon chili powder or seasoning of choice

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a glass measuring cup, combine 1 or 2
cloves slivered garlic (crush, peel, slice) with olive oil. Microwave on
high for 30 seconds. Allow to stand a few minutes, and then remove the
garlic. In a jelly-roll pan just large enough to hold the chick peas in
ONE layer, toss the oil with the chick peas. Bake for 30 minutes,
stirring occasionally, or until they are browned slightly. Sprinkle with
the chili powder or seasoning of choice. Serve warm as a great snack.

* Can use canned chick peas
