Cherry Cream Dip
 

Cherry Cream Dip (for fresh fruit)

Makes 1 3/4 cups

3 ounce package cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons maraschino cherry juice
1 tablespoon milk
2 teaspoons lemon juice
few drops red food coloring
2 ounce package dessert topping mix
1 tablespoon finely chopped maraschino cherries

Combine first 6 ingredients; beat until smooth. Prepare topping according
to package directions, fold into cheese mixture. Stir in cherries. Chill.
To serve, whip until fluffy; pile into bowl.

Serve with fresh fruits such as strawberries, bananas grapes or melon
balls.
