Default Pumpkin Turnovers

Pumpkin Turnovers

Pumpkin Filling:
2 1/2 cup pumpkin
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

Dough:
4 cup flour
1 cup warm milk
3/4 cup oil
1 tsp. salt

Mix pumpkin ingredients together. Set aside. Mix dough ingredients together.
Roll desired sizes, spoon pumpkin filling in middle of dough. Fold and seal
with a fork. Place onto cookie sheet about 1 inch apart. Bake at 350 F for 20
minutes or until light brown. Makes approximately 2 dozen.
