Default Good Green Salad

Good Green Salad

2 cup green leaf lettuce
2 cup baby spinach, washed and stemmed
1 red bell pepper, 1 inch length batonnade 1/4 inch thick
1/2 seedless cucumber, 1 inch length batonnade 1/4 inch thick
1 cup thinly sliced red radishes, cut into half moons
3 spring onions, sliced

Combined greens to mix; top with red bell pepper, radishes, cucumber and
spring onion.
Good with either Italian or Ranch dressing.
