Default Crab Rangoon

Crab Rangoon (Chinese)

2 pkgs. cream cheese (softened)
2 finely chopped green onions
1- 6 oz. container minced crab (drained)
1 tsp. salt
4 tsp. grated Parmesan Cheese
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. ginger
Won Ton Wrappers
Sweet & Sour Sauce (commercial)
Hot Mustard (commercial)
oil

Mix cream cheesen green onions, crab salt, Parmesan, garlic and ginger
until smooth. Put small tsp. on wonton. Moisten the edges of Wonton and
fold in triangle. Take other corners and fold over. Cook in hot oil until
brown. May be frozen for later use.

Serve with Sweet & Sour Sauce or Hot Mustard for dipping, or serve plain.
