Default Uncle Gordo's Belgian Waffles

Uncle Gordo's Belgian Waffles

purchased from Neeley Estate in
Waxahachie, Texas . Dated 1947.

2 cups flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 teaspoon salt
6 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
2 tablespoons sugar
3 eggs
1-1/2 cups milk

In a bowl, mix all ingredients together. Bake in a hot waffle iron.
Serve with syrup, powdered sugar, whipped cream, strawberries of
fruit of choice.
