Oven Fried Chicken

Melt in oven on jelly roll pan
1/3 cup veg. oil
1/3 cup butter

Mix in a big baggie

1 cup flour
1 tsp salt
2 tsp pepper
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp marjoram

Roll 8 or 9 pieces of chicken in the melted butter, drop in sack and shake
to cover. Place chicken on the jelly roll pan. Bake at 375* for 45
minutes with skin side down. Turn over and bake 5-10 minutes longer.
Drippings are good to make your chicken gravy.
