Cottage Cheese-Onion Dill Bread
 

Cottage Cheese-Onion Dill Bread (for bread machine)

makes a 1 1/2 lb. loaf

3/4 cups water
1 1/2 Tbsp butter
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp dry milk
3/4 cups small curd cottage cheese
3 cups white bread flour
1/2 cups dried onion
1 Tbsp dill seed
1 Tbsp dill weed
1/4 tsp. onion powder or 1/2 tsp. of onion paste
2 tsp. bread machine yeast

Add the ingredients in the order recommended for your bread machine.
This recipe can be made with the regular or rapid bake cycles.
