Hummus

1 can of chick peas, drained
1 Tbsp peanut butter or sesame tahini
juice from one lemon
water to thin
salt, pepper, cumin
optional: add some canned drained roasted red peppers
crackers or pita bread chips

Back from a RV trip around the perimeter of Florida in our camper van Road
Trek with mini kitchen ( stove, micro, refrigerator , sink). Great
adventures and simple tasty cooking in the RV too. In a hand or electric
food chopper or mill, mix until a puree and thin with water and then
season to taste. serve 4 to 6. Serve with on crackers or pita bread
chips.
