"Mom's Mushroom & Rice Casserole"
Here's an old stand-by from the 50's
This was served often at my Mom's fancy parties Mom's Mushroom & Rice Casserole 1/4 pound Butter 1 cup long grain rice 2 cans beef bouillon 1 can mushrooms, undrained Place the butter on the bottom of a casserole dish. Add all the other ingredients and stir. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Stir again to re distribute the mushrooms that might have floated to the top.
