Hi! I'm looking for a good recipe for a tomato-based clam chowder. [Ideally
one similar to the recipe served at Katy's restaurant in Ypsilanti Michigan,
but any good tomato-based clam chowder will do.] Also, I would prefer to
haave a recipe that used canned clams, as here in Michigan, it is really
hard to come by good fresh shellfish.
