Tired of the too "tame" blandness frankfurters which taste like they've
been made in too close proximity with sawdust? Try this:

8 frankfurters
1/2 cup cooking sherry (or any other dry white wine)
2 Tbsp worchestershire sauce
1 tsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp prepared mustard
1 Tbsp olive oil

Separate franfurter links and prick each several times with fork. Blend
ingredients thoroughly and pour over frankfurters, marinating them in the
fridge overnight (covered!). Now they are ready for processing: boiling
in plain water, grilling or just plain heating in the microwave oven.
