Mustard-Apricot Pork Chops
 
Mustard-Apricot Pork Chops

1/3 cup apricot preserves
2 Tablespoons Dijon mustard
4 (3/4 inch) pork chops
3 green onions, chopped

Combine preserves and mustard in small saucepan. Heat until preserves
melt, stirring. Set aside. Place pork chops on a lightly greased broiler
pan. Broil 5 minutes. Brush pork chops with half of the glaze and turn.
Broil 5 minutes longer. Turn and brush on the remaining glaze. Broil
2 minutes. Garnish with green onions before serving.
