Saucy Pork Chops

6 pork chops
1 cup applesauce
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/8 teaspoon onion powder

Brown pork chops on both sides. Place in shallow casserole dish.
Combine remaining ingredients and spoon evenly over pork chops. Cover
and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove cover and continue to
bake 15 minutes longer or until pork chops are tender.
