"Golden Hooks" (Chinese Oven-Baked Marinated Shrimp)

1 lb. shrimp in shells
1 Tbsp. grated ginger
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. rice wine (or sherry)
large dash sugar (omit if using sweet sherry)
large dash salt
large "dash" sesame oil

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
Combine all incredients. Marinate shrimp in shells for at least one
hour (even overnight) turning now and then to distribute marinade.

Place shrimp and marinade on shallow oven-proof tray.

Bake for around 15 minutes.
