Strawberry Shortcake

1/2 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 cups Dole Fresh Frozen Whole Strawberries,
partially thawed, quartered.
1/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon orange marmalade
6 prepared biscuits
1 tub (8 ounces) frozen non-dairy whipped topping,
thawed.


Stir orange juice into cornstarch in medium saucepan. Add
strawberries, sugar, and marmalade. Bring to a boil, stirring
occasionally. Reduce heat to low; cook 2 minutes, stirring,
or until sauce thickens. Cool or chill.

Split open prepared biscuit. Spoon strawberry glaze over
biscuit. Add spoonful whipped topping and biscuit top. Spoon
additional glaze and whipped topping over biscuit.
