Recipe By :Michele Wilson Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:05 Categories : Meat:Beef Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 pound flank steak 1/4 cup onions -- finely minced 1 clove garlic -- finely minced 1 tablespoon dijon mustard 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar 1/2 cup red wine 1/8 teaspoon salt Mix all ingredients except steak together. Pour into a zip lock bag. Add meat. Turn to coat completely. Marinate meat for one hour, turning bag frequently. Remove meat from marinate and grill or broil to your desired likeness.
