Default Broiled Salmon Steaks

Broiled Salmon Steaks

4 Salmon steaks
1 Tbsp finely chopped onion
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp salt
dash pepper
1/4 tsp dried tarragon
1/4 cup melted butter
paprika
parsley
dash pepper

Place salmon steaks on greased broiler pan. Combine onion, lemon juice,
salt, pepper, tarragon, and melted butter. Brush half of sauce over
steaks; broil 2 - 4 inches from heat for fresh fish and 6 - 8 inches for
frozen fish. When salmon is golden brown, turn.
Brush with remaining sauce and continue broiling until golden brown and
fish flakes easily. Remove to heated platter, sprinkle with
paprika and garnish with parsley
