Looking for a receipe that appeared in a 1980s food magazine. I still
own the issue, but it's in storage in New Orleans. Gone, gone, gone.

I can't recall the name or date of the magazine but it was not Gourmet,
nor Bon Appetite. Maybe Cusine, but not sure. I think the issue had a
receipe for a tomato based onion soup (Mediterranean onion soup?) which
was quite good too.

The pork roll would first be browned in a pan, then put in the oven
with vegetables including turnips. Hope someone has the receipe.

Subject: Oven Roasted Sweet Potatoes

I am hoping some one has a recipe for oven roasted sweet potatoes. The
sweet potatoes are sliced and baked. They are brushed with something like
teriyaki sauce. These are terrific and I would love a recipe.
