Default Egg Custard

Fry Pan Custards

Serving Size: 3

3 Eggs
3/4 teaspoon Vanilla
1/4 teaspoon Salt
2 cups Milk
6 tablespoons Sugar
1 ea Nutmeg

Beat eggs and add salt, sugar, vanilla, and milk. Strain into custard cups and
sprinkle with grated nutmeg.(fresh is best). Cover each cup with foil and place in
electric fry pan in 3/4 inch water. Bring water to boil and simmer at 250 about 10-12
minutes. (This is dependant on accuracy of thermostat on fry pay). Test with a knife
and remove custards when it comes out clean.
