Banana Apricot-sicles

3 Banana's peeled, halved. (i.e. 6 in. cut in 2 3in. pieces
1 cup apricot butter
6 sticks

Stick popsicle sticks into end of banana halves.
Spread date butter over the surface of banana.
roll into granola or coconut or chopped nuts
or any combination.
Cover tightly with wrap and freeze. Serves 6
