Cafe Vienna Beverage Mix

1 cup instant coffee
1 1/3 cup sugar
1 2/3 cup nonfat dry milk
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Mix thoroughly and put into a blender a couple cups at a time and blend
to a fine powder.
To use: Add approximately 2 rounded teaspoons per cup of boiling water,
or less, to suit your own taste.

Cardamom Coffee

2/3 cup nondairy powdered coffee creamer (like Cremora)
1/3 cup instant coffee granules
1/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon ground cardamom
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Combine all the ingredients in an airtight container. Shake to mix well.
To serve, spoon 1 heaping tablespoon of mixture into 8 ounces of hot
water. Stir until blended.

Cafe Swiss Mocha Flavored Coffee

1/4 cup Powdered Creamer
1/3 cup Sugar
1/4 cup Instant Coffee
2 tablespoons Powdered Baking Cocoa

Process in a blender until well blended. Store in an air tight
container. Use by tablespoonfuls according to taste. Spoon in cup and
add hot water.

Chai Tea Concentrate

1 teaspoon ground cardamom
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon cloves
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk

Mix the spices and condensed milk thoroughly. Refrigerate at least 24
hours before using, and store in refrigerator.
To use, brew a strong black tea. Stir in 1/2 to 2 heaping teaspoons of
Chai concentrate mix per cup of freshly steeped tea.
* (If you prefer a less sweet tea, use unsweetened condensed milk, and
add sugar to taste when tea is served).

Chocolate Coffee Almond Beverage Mix

1 cup powdered coffee creamer
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup instant coffee granules
1/2 cup baking cocoa
1 teaspoon almond flavor extract (or cherry, or vanilla)

Blend all together.

Store airtight.

For 1 serving: place 2 heaping teaspoons into 6 oz hot water and stir
well. Add some whipped cream and sprinkle with chopped almonds if desired.

Gingerbread Coffee

3 cups Coffeemate Powdered Creamer
1 cup Packed Dark Brown Sugar
1 teaspoon Ginger-Ground
1 teaspoon Cinnamon-Ground
1 teaspoon Allspice-Ground
1 teaspoon Nutmeg-Ground
1 teaspoon Cloves-Ground
3/4 cup Instant Coffee

Place all of the ingredients into a food processor and turn on until a
fine powder. Use a couple of heaing teaspoons or more according to taste.

To make flavored coffee creamer omit the instant coffee; stir into
