Baked Stuffed Shells (2 Servings) 12 large pasta shells 1 cup sauce 1 cup ricotta cheese 1 egg 1 tsp sugar 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese 1/4 cup mozzarella 2 teaspoons basil or 2 teaspoon parsley Tools 1 large casserole or 2 small casserole Preheat 350 Filling: Mix ricotta, egg, 2 tablespoons of Parmesan, 2 tablespoons of mozzarella, basil, parsley and sugar. Assembly: Boil shells about 6 minutes, or until al dente. Stuff shells with cheese mix. Pour 1/4 to 1/2 cup sauce on the bottom of the casserole. Layer the shells Top with remaining sauce. Sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan. Bake at 350 covered 45 mins then uncovered for the last 5 minutes. -- Rec.food.recipes is moderated by Patricia Hill at .
