Ziti With Fresh Herbs

1 Tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley
1 Tbsp finely chopped fresh tarragon
1 Tbsp finely chopped fresh chives
1 Tbsp finely chopped fresh chervil (or use 1 additional tsp. each of
chopped tarragon and parsley)
Salt to taste
1 pound Ziti
2 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp olive oil
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 Medium Tomato Diced

Combine the parsley, tarragon, chives and chervil in a small bowl. Bring
2 quarts of water to a boil in a large pot and add salt. Add the Ziti
and cook about 12 minutes; drain. Return the Ziti to the pot and add the
butter and oil. Toss briefly and add the herb mixture.

Toss and serve immediately with the grated cheese.
