Seven Layer Casserole

1 cup Rice
1 cup Corn
8 oz's Tomato Sauce
1/2 cup Water
1 cup Onions -- chopped
1 lb. Lean Ground Beef
8 oz's Tomato Sauce
1/4 cup Water

In a casserole dish, layer ingredients as listed. Top with 3 to 5 slices
of bacon.
Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 1 hour, then bake uncovered for 1/2
hour.
