Tuna (or Salmon) Macaroni Salad
Tuna Macaroni Salad You should make this a day ahead, (chilling time). But I have just put it in freezer for a while. 1 box macaroni, cooked, drained and rinsed in cold water 1 6 oz can tuna in water, drained 1 cup frozen peas 1 cup cubed cheddar cheese chopped onion to taste ( I like a lot) salt and fresh ground pepper to taste Seasonings.. whatever you like (I use parsley, dill weed, and lemon pepper) Miracle Whip to bind Place all ingreds in a bowl, mix well, adding enough Miracle Whip to moisten. Serve chilled on a lettuce leaf with slices of crusty bread. (I've also used canned shrimp and canned salmon in this.. all are good) -- Rec.food.recipes is moderated by Patricia D. Hill at .
