Default "City Chicken"

city chicken can be pork, and veal as well. i've seen recipes that call
beef, or all three, or a combination of two..............

City Chicken

1 lb. pork (lean, cubed in 1 inch pieces)
1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1 egg
1/4 - 1/3 cup milk
6 short wooden skewers
Oil for frying

Mix egg and milk together. Set aside. Arrange meat on sticks. Dip in egg
mixture then roll in bread crumbs. Brown meat in oil until golden brown.
Place in 350 degree oven 15 or 20 minutes until done.
