Default Dirty Rice

Anyone have more ideas for easy to cook ground beef?

Here's one of my favorites - Dirty Rice

1lb ground beef
2-3 cloves garlic, minced
1 med bell pepper, diced
1 med onion, diced
3-4 stalks celery, diced
1 tsp Tobasco (or more to taste)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 tsp sweet paprika
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp ground thyme
1/2 tsp oregano
1 tsp worcestershire
2 bay leaves
1 cup long grain white rice
2 cups chicken stock

Brown meat in skillet or dutch oven.
Add pepper, onion, celery, garlic and spices.
Cook over med heat 8-10 minutes, stirring often.
Add stock - continue cooking over med heat 10-15 minutes.
Be sure to scrape the bottom of the pan.
Add rice - cover and cook 20-25 minutes until rice is done.
Remove from heat and let stand covered for 5 minutes.

Recipe easily doubles.
