Sparkling Fruit Coolers

1 1/4 cup pineapple juice
1 1/4 cup pink lemonade
26 oz sparkling mineral water or soda water
orange, lemon or lime slices

Fill three ice cube trays with each of the juices and freeze.
Place 2 or 3 cubes of each juice in tall glass, filled with chilled
mineral
water. Garnish with a citrus slice.
