Portobello Mushroom Appetizers


These are delicious and look very impressive.

Portobello mushrooms
Goat cheese
lettuce leaves

Dressing:
1 Tbsp olive oil
10 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
4 Tbsp dried rosemary
salt and pepper to taste


Grill mushrooms on BBQ on outside. Turn and put some goat cheese on inside
and continue grilling til cheese starts to melt. Put each one on a lettuce
leaf and drizzle with the dressing. (You can put dressing on while still on
BBQ if desired)
