Pomegranate Glaze for Grilled Chicken or Shrimp

Juice from 6 pomegranates
juice of 1 lemon & zest
juice of 1 orange & zest
1 cup white wine
1/4 cup sugar
4 cardamom pods ( green)
1/2 stick cinnamon
1-2 dried chili peppers
1 , 1 inch piece of fresh ginger bruised or crushed

Place all ingredients in a sauce pan and reduce over low heat till it
forms a syrupy consistency, and grush on grilled chicken or good on
grilled shrimp as well
