6 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
9 teaspoons Balsamic Vinegar
4 1/2 teaspoons Minced Garlic
1 1/2 teaspoons Sugar
3/4 teaspoon Salt

In a cup whisk olive oil, vinegar, garlic, sugar and salt until blended.
Store in a
covered container. Refrigerate any unused portion.
