Tasty Potato Peels (appetizer)

Potatoes
olive oil
salt

Always scrub potatoes before you peel them, but don't throw
out the peels! Drizzle a bit of olive oil over the peels
and sprinkle with a bit of salt. Spread on a cooking sheet
and bake until crisp. It will make a crunchy appetizer.
