Salmon Souffle
1 tablespoon butter 2 tablespoons flour 1 cup milk 4 egg yolks 4 egg whites, beaten stiff Melt 1 tablespoon butter and stir in 2 tablespoons flour to make a gravy by adding 1 cup milk and 4 egg yolks. Stir in one can salmon with a pinch of salt. Then fold in 4 egg whites, beaten stiff.
