Default Lo-Carb Cheesecake

Lo-Carb Cheesecake

3 Bricks of cream cheese
1 1/2 cup Splenda sugar substitute
1 1/4 cup sour cream
5 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla

beat cream cheese, splenda, and sour cream until creamy. add eggs
one at a time. add vanilla. pour into a 9x13 pan. sprinkle top with
cinnamon. bake at 350 for 40 - 45 min.
The original recipe called for a can of cresent rolls spread in the
bottom of the pan and sugar instead of splenda. The low carb version
is good....
