Colonial Crab Fritters


1 6-1/2 oz can white crab meat
1 Cup sliced canned bamboo shoots
1/2 Cup chopped onion
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1/2 Tsp salt
1/8 Tsp ground white pepper
1/8 Tsp ground ginger
6 Large eggs, lightly beaten

Rinse crabmeat in cold water and remove any ligaments.
Combine all other ingredients in mixing bowl and then add crabmeat.
In skillet, heat 1/2 cup butter.
Drop the mixture by large spoonfuls into the butter.
Fry to a golden brown, turning once.
