I would like a recipe for cold cranberry-chicken salad. I had this in a
little cafe in Van Buren, Arkansas. It was made with boneless chicken
breast, celery, canned whole berry cranberry relish and sour cream. It
was
serverd on a croissant roll with a fresh fruit salad.
