Norton's Cafe Olive Salad

2 cup stuffed green olives
2 cup sliced black olives
1 cup red onion, finely diced
2 Tbsp chopped garlic
2 Tbsp Cajun seasoning
2 Tbsp vinegar
2 Tbsp oil

Combine all ingredients in medium mixing bowl with high sides
blend well.
cover with plastic wrap
refrigerate any left-overs
