Default Peanut Butter Chocolate Crunch Treats

These are bars, not cookies but are great!

Peanut Butter Chocolate Crunch Treats

1 Tbsp. margarine
1 pkg. (10.5 oz.) mini white marshmallows
1/2 cup chunky peanut butter
5 cups rice krispies (or cheerios, chex, kix etc.)
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate mini chips.

Line a 9X13 pan with tin foil. Lightly spray with butter spray.
Melt margarine in a large saucepan over medium-low heat. Add
marshmallows,
and stir often until melted and smooth, about 5 minutes. Stir in peanut
butter until blended, remove from heat and stir in cereal.
Scrape into prepared pan and press into an even layer. Sprinkle with
chocolate chips, let cool completely.

Cut into 18 bars.

Per bar: 147 cal., 3 gr. Protein, 24 gr. Car., 6 gr. Fat, 121 mg. Sodium.
Exchanges: 1/2 starch, 1 ¼ other carbs, 1 fat.
