Subject: REQUEST: Chocolate Bark Candy Recipe

I hope that this doesn't sound too silly because I know that it's easy
but I am looking for a chocolate bark recipe. I know how to do the white
chocolate peppermint kind. I guess I am looking for some guidance on how
much chocolate to how many nuts and also ideas of what nuts are the best
to use (almonds, pecans, etc.). Any guidance woudl be appreciated!

2 pounds of chocolate to 1 cup nuts?

jmk

P.S. In the past the girls (canine) have given bark from Rocky Mountain
Chocolate Factory. I was thinking that maybe they could give homemade
bark this year. Get it, the dogs give bark. haha!

I am looking for a soup to make before a Christmas dinner. I need a soup
which would go well with a traditional turkey dinner, is not too heavy but
provides a delicious and preferably a little different start to the
dinner. Thanks

I remember a holiday empanada my grandmother made at this time of year.
It was an empanada with raisins and other slightly sweet stuff added.

I `had a great salad the other day. It was pears, blue cheese and
walnuts. The walnuts were covered with a thin coating which was sweet and
clear. How do you make this?
