The health food store near me sells a great oatmeal bar/ cookie. It is
the size and shape of a hockey puck. It contains oats, almonds, honey, a
little flour and a few other ingredeients. It comes in different flavors
such as ginger and date. It is not cooked. I would really like to make
something like this.

I have traditionally given spiced or candied nuts as Christmas presents --
they're perfect for folks who already have more than enough 'stuff'.
However as a result of a recent system crash I've lost many of my recipes.

Norwegian Cruise Lines. Unfortunately I failed to get the recipe at the

Rice or malt syrup? Molassess and ??? I don't have much time to
experiment
