Gold Baked Acorn Squash Rings

Cut squash crosswise into half-inch rings and remove seeds.
Lightly grease a cookie sheet. Arrange rings on pan and
sprinkle with orange juice and cinnamon. Bake covered at
350 degrees F until tender. Serve with yogurt that's been
flavored with a bit of maple syrup, cinnamon and grated
orange peel.
