Caribbean Brownies
 
1/4 cup of flour
1/3 cup of cocoa powder
1 cup of brown sugar
1/4 tsp. of salt
1 tsp. of vanilla essence
3 tbsp. of water
2 eggs
1/2 cup of chopped walnuts
1/2 cup of softened butter

1. Combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder and salt.

2. Add butter, vanilla essence, eggs and water and beat mixture thoroughly (recommended: use blender at medium speed for 2 mins).

3. Add nuts and pour in a small grease pan (recommended: 8″-12″ pan)

4. Preheat of to 350 degrees F and bake for 25-30 mins.

Note: Allow brownies to cool before removing from pan.
