Default Alfredo Linguini

ALFREDO LINGUINI

1 box (16 oz) linguine
1/2 cup butter
1 cup milk
2 teaspoons garlic
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 cup parmesan cheese
1 Tablespoon dried parsley

Cook pasta according to the directions on the box. Drain.
In a large saucepan, melt the butter.
Once melted, add the milk. Stir well for 1-2 minutes.
Add garlic and Parmesan cheese. Whisk quickly as you are putting in the Parmesan cheese.
Whisk until sauce starts becoming thick.
Once sauce has reached desired thickness, turn off heat. Add the Italian seasoning and dried parsley.
Put in linguine and stir until all linguine is covered by the Alfredo sauce.
