We threw a little bit of a party this weekend for my husband's birthday I threw together these little things together and they were a huge hit!

All you need is:
tuna
diced celery
diced black olives
diced red onion
lemon juice
chopped hard-boiled egg
mayonnaise or salad cream

...and the peppadews, of course. i used both hot and mild to cater to all tastes

then all I did was mix all the ingredients in a bowl and then stuff the peppadews with the mixture.

Sounds great ! I usually add some pepper, 1 teaspoon soy sauce and 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar. I also make a simple dressing if I have the time.
