Subject: sauces for shrimp

I'm looking for easy sauces to serve over cooked shrimp. The fewer
ingredients in the sauce the better.

Thanks
Bill

From: >

for several years, omaha steak company had offered an entree called
chicken
breast pilgrim and it consisted of a chicken breast stuffed with some kind
of stuffing which also had cranberries and walnuts (i think it was
walnuts);
the breasts were breaded and then partially oven baked...and then
quik-frozen, of course. to accompany this entree, after cooking, there
was
a thick white sauce to pour over the breasts.

all in all, this was the bestest chicken breast entree i've ever had and
i'd
love to have the recipe for it...if anyone knows the timings and exact
ingredients!

thanks, in advance.

I am trying to recreate a delicious dish served at a brunch. Fresh
spinach was cooked just enough to wilt it, eggs were put on top. There
was a creamy sauce and it was baked unbtil the egg whites set. Does this
sound like any recipe you know?
