Easy Apple Pie

Easy Apple Pie

1 cup + 1 Tablespoon of white flour
1 cup of sugar
2-3 eggs (depends on size)
2-3 sweet-sour apples (depends on size)
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
pinch of baking powder
non-stick cooking oil spray
some cinnamon(Up to the taste. Not mandatory. May be added at any time to the apples or to the mix)

Preheat oven on 385F degrees. Take cooking form about 15 inches in diameter. Spray it with non-stick cooking oil. Braze it with a Tablespoon of a
flour. Cut apples into 4 pieces and clean it inside. It is not necessarily to peel them. Then cut them on small pieces and put on the bottom of the
form.

Combine one cup of sugar with eggs. Beat well with mixer of any kind. Add one cup of a flour, vanilla extract and baking powder. Mix it well using
mixer. Pour the mix into the form on the top of the apples.
Put the form on the middle rack of the oven. Baking time 35-40 min. DO NOT open the oven during first 25-30 minutes.

Easy to check if it is done: after 35 minutes of baking, take a tooth pick and stick it into the center of the crust and then immediately remove it. If
the toothpick comes out dry it means that the pie is ready. If it comes out with pieces of a crust then let it stay in oven for another 5 minutes.
