Default Italian Shredded Chicken And Pasta

Italian Shredded Chicken And Pasta

1 bag frozen chicken breast (tenders are good)
2 cans or jars spaghetti sauce
1 box angel hair pasta
1 bag mozzerella cheese
fresh garlic or garlic powder
salt and pepper

Pour bag of chicken into a 9 by 13 inch casserole dish or the like, add garlic, salt
and pepper, and a bit of water. place into a 375 degree oven and bake for about an
hour to an hour and a half (until done). Pour out liquid from chicken and tear
apart with a fork. Add spaghetti sauce. Return to oven for about 15-20 min. In the
mean time, boil pasta according to box. Remove chicken from oven and sprinkle with
cheese. Serve the chicken over the pasta just like spaghetti. You can also make a
sub with this. Omit the pasta and put chicken into a sub bun.
