Perfect Summer Salad

Bag of Spring Mix greens or any type of lettuce
1/4 cup walnuts
6 cherry tomatoes
1 carrot
1 cucumber
1 Fuji or gala apple
5 Tbsp white balsamic salad dressing

Start off by rinsing the packaged salad. Put the washed salad in a large
bowl. Shred the carrot into the bowl. Slice the cucumber about 1/2 in
thick. Slice the apple in thin slices, but not too thin. Add the tomatoes,
walnuts and salad dressing and toss!
