1 cup whipping cream (unwhipped) 1 lb. light brown sugar 1 generous Tbsp vanilla (preferably Mexican) 1 cup pecans Combine cream and brown sugar. Cook to 242*F. Remove from heat. Add vanilla and beat until creamy. Add pecans and drop by tablespoons onto wax paper. Cool. Makes 12-18 -- Rec.food.recipes is moderated by Patricia D. Hill at .
